FY2026 results (audited): Standalone: Revenue 8.3bn +26% y-y (6.7bn) PAT 1.87bn +10% y-y (1.70bn) Dividend: 0.75/share final dividend recommended for FY2026 (subject to shareholder approval) Commentary: The company adopted RBI's revised capital adequacy directions effective 31.03.2026, reducing risk weighted assets by 7,788 crores and increasing CRAR by 1.83% to 20.59%. The Board approved a QIP raising 2,005.9 crores net proceeds in June 2025, increasing equity share capital by 121.46 crores and share premium by 1,869.57 crores.
